Analyte Information	Anti-I Ma is one of the anti-sera from patients with chronic cold agglutinin disease. This anti-serum has been used as an immunoseqeuncing tool to detect the branched poly-N-acetyllactosamine sequences (I antigen) for many years.

Protocol	After blocking the arrayed slides with 3% w/v BSA in Hepes-buffered-saline (5 mM Hepes, pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 5 mM CaCl2), anti-I Ma was overlaid at 1/100 dilution,at 37 C followed by biotinylated anti-mouse IgG(Sigma) at 1:200. Binding was detected using Alexa Fluor-647-labeled streptavidin from Molecular Probes (1 ug/ml). As diluent the blocker solution was used.
