Protocol	After blocking arrayed slides with Pierce Blocker solution (1 % w/v casein) in 10 mM Tris-HCl buffer, pH 7.4, containing 5 mM CaCl2 and 150 mM NaCl, labelled and oligomerized CLEC5A was assayed at 10 ug/mL. As diluent the blocker solution was used.
