Analyte Information	Murine hybridoma IgG2b antibody, produced by Balb/c mouse immunization with a glyco-conjugate vaccine containing a soluble Candida albicans beta-glucan preparation (GGZym) conjugated to the recombinant, genetically inactivated diphteria toxin CRM197. mAb 2G8-IgG2b was shown to target several fungal pathogens, such as Candida albicans, Aspergillus fumigatus and Cryptococcus neoformans and to provide protection in multiple models of fungal diseases, including vaginal and systemic Candida infections and invasive aspergillosis or cryptococcosis.

Protocol	After blocking arrayed slides with 1% (w/v) bovine serum albumin (Sigma A8577) in Pierce Blocker solution (casein/BSA) and 10 mM CaCl2, mAb 2G8-IgG2b was assayed at 0.1 ug/ml, followed by biotinylated anti-mouse IgG (Sigma) 1:200. Binding was detected using Alexa Fluor-647-labeled streptavidin from Molecular Probes (1 ug/ml). As diluent the blocker solution was used.
