Analyte Information	Murine hybridoma IgM antibody, produced by mouse immunization (CBL57/J) with asialo-epiglycanin (Egenix). AE3 has been regarded the 'most carcinoma specific' antibody in respect to its ability to detect Human Cancer Antigen in sera of patients with epithelial cancers.
Concentration	10 ug/ml
Protocol	After blocking arrayed slides with 3% w/v bovine serum albumin (Sigma A8577) in Hepes buffered saline (5 mM Hepes, pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 5 mM CaCl2), AE3 was assayed at 10 ug/ml, followed by biotinylated anti-mouse IgM (Sigma) 1:200. Binding was detected using Alexa Fluor-647-labeled streptavidin from Molecular Probes (1 ug/ml). As diluent the blocker solution was used.
